Do you know you can change a habit in 30 days?



What if you could imagine a good, if not better, quality of life by making subtle changes in your everyday behaviors — to make a difference to our world?


What if these changes enhanced relationships and made you feel good about your place in this changing world?


Simple alterations in your behavior are enough — and this is very do-able.


30 days is an especially little amount of time, why not give it a try?


- What are these simple changes?

- Turn out the lights when you leave a room.

- Experiment with a delicious meatless meal once a week.

- Turn the heat down a bit and layer up your clothes.



These three changes will make a difference, You can do them with your family. Make a challenge.
