       Pat Hinkley is an author, instructor, holistic life and "Climate Concerns Counselor" dedicated to helping others discover their unique best in any life situation. Pat’s medical experience as an RN, and holistic psychotherapist informs her unique perspective and ability to help people better manage their responses to the stressors and situations in their lives, bringing the seemingly out of control back into balance.

       Pat's most recent book, Climate Sense: A Practical Guide to Finding Solutions and Keeping Your Cool details what each of us can do right now. A lot of what is mentioned is quite simple and costs nothing. For sure many of the options will save you money. Here is an opportunity to contemplate your priorities and actions.

Thinking positively about climate change is radical. It’s easier certainly to wait for leadership, for someone else to fix it. This is not happening. So now is our moment, our time to step up and do what needs to be done.

        Pat holds a B.S. in Nursing from the University of Massachusetts and a Masters degree in Holistic Studies and Psychology from Lesley University. She lives in northern Vermont with her doodle dog.
